Hi my name is Mikey Lonsdale and i'm a Video editor / Vlog editor / Cameraman.
I've been video editing since 2012, i really enjoy my work and i'm always looking to deliver the highest level i can to my customers. The main project i've worked on over the past few years is called Races To Places that you'll find on YouTube, it features a man named Lyndon Poskitt who travels the world on his motorbike Basil capturing the story then sending the footage back to the UK for me to edit into a weekly Vlog for release on YouTube.

What do you love most about your job?
I really enjoy piecing together a story from the footage i'm given. People are fascinating, the stories and journeys they have been on
are all so different and interesting so its my job to deliver the best video i can of these journeys / stories. I get a really good feeling of satisfaction when a customer says i've delivered a video the way they had it planned.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Many years ago when i was first starting out i made videos for a top motorcycle athlete in the Hard Enduro world called Graham Jarvis (Check out the video in the link below). The thought in my mind was 'wouldn't it be cool to do this everyday and make a living from it'. From there i was keen to learn new skills and constantly keep pushing my level of editing up to where i am today making a living from editing videos. So i can definitely say i'm living the dream i thought off those years ago!
