I have used Mike on 2 occasions now, and both times he came to our rescue! Mike was origionally reccommended to me by a friend of mine. We had been fooled and conned by a different local carpet fitter who left us well out of pocket and without our completed flooring as we had initailly arranged (when something is too good to be true- it is. Stay well clear of cheap deals!!!) Mike was honest, punctual and helpful. He came around on a time that was suitable for us, answered all of our questions, put our mind to ease after our horrendous experience with the other fitter and was helpful throughout the whole process. Mike was official and gave us a written quotation, contact details etc. Upon fitting, again mike showed up on time and got the job done!! We where so relieved to have had everything run so smoothly after the previous experience. Mike has a friendly attitude, and a hard worker. The second time I have contacted mike wasn't a great experience as our dog ate through our BRAND NEW LINO. In a massive panic I contacted mike who came around and suggested the best flooring to go back down in this area - and best of all, Mike attending my ruined house and fitting the flooring was all within less than 24 hours!! I have reccomended Mike to so many people and in coverstation, it sounds like his actaully done the rounds through my clients. I will continue to use Mike in the future and when I am ready to pull up my cheap carpets which where laid incorrectly (previous fitter) He will be the person I call. I posted the available job late afternoon on Monday, after being let down by a previous trades person. Within 5 minutes of posting, Mike contacted me. We discussed over the phone the type of work that was needed and provided me with some great impartial expert advice.

Mike arranged to visit me at home that evening with samples which was very flexible given my working hours and the short notice. I reviewed the samples and make a decision and to my surprise we arranged for the work to be carried out on the Thursday morning of that week.

I provided Mike with a spare key and he completed the job without the need of anyone being at the house. The work was carried out to a high standard and I thank him again for not only his professional advise but for his level of customer service throughout the whole experience. Excellent service at a good price. Mike was at my house measuring less than 24 hours after me messaging him on Facebook. He then fitted the carpet the same week. I was unable to be in when he did it so he followed up with a courtesy call that night just to see if I was happy with it (I may add that he had already been paid. Most people wouldn’t have bothered calling as they’d already been paid) but clearly Mike takes pride in his work and wants to do the job properly. Very professional from start to finish. Mike gave us great service and always got back to me very quickly unlike the other companies we got quotes from. He did a fantastic job fitting the vinyl in our bathroom and did it very quickly too. He also put down a new carpet gripper without us asking. We are very impressed and happy with the job. In the near future we are going to get him to fit us carpet too. Absolutely FANTASTIC service, we were let down by a carpet fitter, found Mike on Facebook, rang him up and he came to our rescue the next day (on a Sunday bank holiday in his own time) and he has done a wonderful job at a VERY reasonable price, we can't thank him enough it is really appreciated and we will definitely be using mike as our carpet fitter in the near future and recommending him to others � thanks again.
