I cannot praise Mick George enough! The lady sales advisor was knowledgeable, helpful and informative. She listened and answered all of my questions. She organised a pump & delivery for the next day. When the pump was delayed (by a previous job) I contacted customer services and the lady there got onto it straight away. Pump arrived and cement was delivered. The cement lorry men were polite, helpful and kept me informed. Both lorry crews cleaned up the road after the job was finished. I would use this company again. More...

I hired a skip, and was concerned that the delivery would be too early as it was promised between 7am & 5pm. I rang and explained my worry to a delightful young lady, told me not to worry and booked the delivery for between 11am & 5pm. The skip arrived about 12 noon and was carefully positioned where I indicated.I was told that I did not need to be in attendance when it was collected.
