i have michael for training and he allways gets you motorvated . if you cant do an exersice because of bad knee ect he will find a way around it . he has time for everyone even if its not your sesion and he sees you working out he will come and give you tips . what ever goal you want he can get you there with a smile and laugh along the way . top guy :) More...
