I rang MDA up after they were rcommended by another company. Two members of staff to confirm that it would be more cost effective to get a new machine. Went in on Tuesday lunchtime and the machine was very efficiently installed by 3.30 on Thursday. The engineer who arrived to remove old machine, and install the new one. I was charged £240 for machine and service. He also took away the packaging form the new machine and gave a demonstration of my new machine ! Top notch ! More...

Really helpful staff would highly recommend.. needed a part for dryer (jockey wheel ) phoned the shop the guy knew what I wanted had it in stock went the shop collected the part then fitted the part . . but had to phone the shop for help the guy on the phone was really helpful so I refitted the part and the dryer is the best it's ever been can't thank them enough excellent service..... Very helpful, I thought washing machine needed new bushes, wasn't sure of type required, given some and told if not the right ones to bring the old ones in to get the correct type. Anyway turns out old ones were fine, a new door lock was needed, refund given on bushes supplied, took old door lock in, they tested it, it was faulty. they supplied a new one, told me how to fit it. cost £20.
No need to call anyone out, so no call out charge, big saving. Staff very helpful and don't give complicated instructions.

Had a visit from an electrical appliance engineer the day after I phoned requesting a service call out to my faulty tumble dryer (was told at the time potential costs etc. ,). Very pleasant engineer, diagnosed the problem, discussed with me the cost and then repaired the fault.
