What’s your signature dish?
my signature dishes are from my grand mother and its a casserole of veal with wild mushroom or a Mediterranean one pan fish & sea food stew or even a artichoke, pancetta & lettuce slow cooked casserole.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I create menus depending on the customer request, which means what are you looking for, your dietary requirements and your budget. Everybody is different so I love challenging myself to create a unique menu for each customer.
What do you love most about your job?
I love cooking, give me your request and I will create something, thats what I love about my job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I created my job because I needed freedom to create my own food and please people the way I wanted too. I want to share the love I have for what's on my plate by catering for others.
