Awful awful place.
My dad booked his Jag in to get the full drivers door done, dents removed and scuffs, had to take the car back after the first time as they’d made it worse!
Didn’t even remove the wing mirror to do the full door and left rough patches and paint drips.
We went to complain but haven’t heard off the owner of the business as it was a Saturday morning and he didn’t answer his phone when my dad went back in to complain. A worker in the garage agreed the job was bad and offered to redo the work the following week.
Second time around the job was ‘better’ but the finish certainly isn’t to a professional standard. The edge of the door is rough as they haven’t capped the edge off when they’ve painted the door, so that will need redoing somewhere that can actually do the job properly as we refuse to go back here again. They had left wax marks everywhere, including inside the car.
Only go here if you have accident damage that requires a full panel replacement, seems that’s where they get all their good reviews. Then again they didn’t even put all the screws back in my dads door and left one rolling around in the door pocket after the second ‘attempt’ at sorting their mess.

Got to say been very impressed, I called on Wednesday to have a scratch looked at that someone had kindly done on 2 doors and have just picked my car up today two days later. Chris kindly arranged for me to drop off early this morning and I am very pleased with the results. Had somebody kindly damage my passenger and leave me with the headache or getting it repaired. Took it to Mendadent and got a very reasonable quote compared to other body shops. I had a dent and chipped paintwork on my car door from a piece of metal hitting it on the motorway. I went to Mendadent as it was local and had fab reviews online. I got a quote of £200 for it to be fixed and resprayed last week and they were able to fit me in a few days later for the work to be done. The guys at Mendadent were superb. My car was repaired this week by Mend a Dent and the service was second to none. Not only were they a good few hundred pounds cheaper than all other garages I had approached they were so accommodating in terms of collecting my car (even when I changed the location to collect it from last minute) and fitting me in as early as possible. They came round to my house to quote. When I took them up on the quote it was easy to book in, they picked up the car (arrived early both times) and dropped it off within 4 hours. Price was the best I had been quoted, £120 for minor rear bumper respray, plus they came to me. The job they did was fantastic, they even washed the car!
