How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
Healthy minds and healthy bodies are very important to your over all well-being as it is not diet intake alone that will make a difference to your lifestyle but a holistic approach to ensure you think , feel good about your self, and abilities.
Ensuring you have a balanced healthy lifestyle is about your mind , body and soul as they all interlink. No area can be of isolation , that is why Me1 PPD Ltd has a holistic approach to engagement and supporting its clients.
What do you love most about your job?
I truly love engaging with clients who are fully committed to making a positive difference in their life. I love to work with turning negatives into positives and getting a Win-Win situation for me and my client. As a mindset coach it is great to see when someone actual has a mindset shift which gives the client a 'light bulb' moment so to speak.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to ensure that individuals are living a life a that is about them fulfilling their full passion and purpose. Enabling people to make informed decisions , give choices and options to support them to achieve desired goals in life.

As a qualified and very talented coach with over 10 years experience of supporting, coaching, consulting clients from all backgrounds across the greater Manchester region . with diverse and transferable skills to provide clients with strategies , tools ,and techniques that help you develop with ease . I am a facilitator who acts as a 'vehicle' to help drive you along your journey whilst your the expert in knowing where you want to go I give advice , guidance and sound direction to get to to your place of destination.
my role is to identify your needs, talents, gifts, interest and end goals so i can match these realistic , smart and achievable action plan for you to execute.
