Graeme came out to look at our boiler and listened very carefully to what our needs were. He suggested a service and a flush which would fix the problems we were having with our very old boiler which kept cutting out. He arranged to come back on a separate day to complete the work as we had a busy schedule and he happily worked around timings to suit us. Graeme responded to our desperate situation late yesterday evening. Although he had already worked a full day, he was determined to resolve our boiler issues. Not only was he methodical in the process of elimination of possible causes, he took the time to explain each situation and possible remedies. His advice was sound and we felt fully confident in the agreed course of action. He worked tirelessly until the job was complete and left after tidying up at midnight. I had a problem with my electric shower not functioning. I called mcdgas and they answered immediately. Graeme was very patient when I was trying to give information although I knew almost nothing about the machine. I set the appointment for the same day with no problem, I did not have to wait at all! After only half an hour, Graeme arrived perfectly on time and was very very helpful. His service was impeccable and in 30 minutes my Electric shower was changed and functioning well.
