Stefan and his team have sorted out a defective box guttering system which was creating damp in our wall. This was done quickly and efficiently and with special regard for our neighbours’ property, via which the area had to be accessed. The roof required some repair as did an adjoining wall; all was done to a high standard and everything reinstated afterwards with the area left neat and tidy. I had a website built by forte trinty back in 2010 and here is my account on my experience. The salesman was very nice and welcoming with a none pressured style service.
I found the revisions to be very difficult to maintain as the website guys did change. I also found the back office very difficult to do amendments.
I did not renew the website when it came to the time and when asked for the domain to be released, that would of cost me £150 which I refused. The website took a while to build and I wasn't happy in the end. Before doing business read all the small prints

Conformation of planning permission to convert garage (Assuming living habitat)
Visit site to measure up for materials, put together a quote and send to client
If quote is excepted, organise a start date
Order materials if special orders are required
Proceed with work
I like to keep clients up to date on progress etc regularly and make sure its going in the right direction of there expectations
Complete works, confirmation from client they are happy
Bill the client and ask if they wouldn't mind providing feedback

3 years on and off, Ltd company for just over a year. 10 years combined trade experience with my colleague.
What guarantee does your work come with?
All manufactures guaranties apply when using new materials etc. Large jobs we offer an extended guarantee / warranty through FMB if client requires this.
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting new people, turning ideas / possibilities into reality, providing a good level of service, knowing we can all walkaway happy.
What inspired you to start your own business?
being in different situations etc when employed, I always saw a different side of the trade, from people being greedy to companies not caring for the clients needs. I wanted to go on my own to offer my services the way I wanted, Fair, honest, skilled but most importantly always knowing my clients happiness / expectations is top of my priority list.
