Reliability is how much a service can be depended on. If we arrange a date and time to meet you or carry out any work, then we will be there. Rearranging takes time and time is precious.

2. SAFETY CONSCIOUS.

Safety doesn't happen by accident. The world of window cleaning can be tricky at times. Access to certain windows/areas can be a problem and may require the use of ladders, harnesses or cherry pickers. If this is the case then we will supply a risk assessment and a method statement. The reach and wash system allows us to work up to 65ft safely from ground level.

3. HONESTY.

We say at MB CLEAN there's nothing more rewarding than an honest days work!
Honesty is fulfilling the agreed upon work to the highest standard.
Honesty is charging a price that reflects our work.
All of our work is thoroughly checked at the end of play. There's nothing more counter productive for both parties than for us to revisit.
