There are moments in our lives when the difficulties we face feel insurmountable. We feel like we can’t confront them alone, even with partners, relatives or friends. Counselling and psychotherapy offer the opportunity to unburden ourselves and explore our issues in a supportive, confidential environment. Over time the process can become a way to unearth our innate potential and discover future possibilities.

I am a UKCP/PSA (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy/Professional Standards Authority) registered, accredited and qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor and psychotherapist.

I have experience in working with a wide range of issues including anger management, relationship problems, bereavement, loss, sexual issues, addiction, depression, stress and anxiety. Through my clinical work for the NHS and other organisations, I have experience working with people suffering from trauma through violence and sexual abuse.
