What do you love most about your job?
Helping people to improve/optimise their business processes - having spent over 20 years helping large and small businesses understand how they currently work, how that compares to their industry (and other industries) and how they might optimise. It gives me joy when clients see real improvements from our suggestions - not all require expenditure as sometimes it can be about optimising an already existing manual process.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having felt constrained in my previous employment - we were so target based the client satisfaction and end result we sometimes secondary to the business motivators - I am pleased to say we do things differently.
