I've been training at the lions club in lake with Master John Byrne for seven years and the club has got better and better. I've attained my black belt and I'm looking forward to my 2nd Dan grading in December.
Come and give it a try, our close combat, pressure point system is truly awesome and the first lesson is free. 18+ male or female it suits all levels of fitness. See you soon. More...
