I can highly recommend Martin & Co Saltaire, I have used them for many years in fact as long as they have had a Saltaire office. They have let and managed various properties over this period and still continue to do so, I have always found them to be honest, fare and quick to respond. A rented property I chose needed a deep clean and bringing to standards but on receipt of the keys it was badly cleaned and was left full of spiders and cobwebs and damp patches! Although it was arranged quickly and staff was quick and helpful throughout,the property was poorly presented to me with me having to re decorate and repair things and re clean the house myself! I was a tenant with Martin & Co for 3.5 years, only leaving because I bought a property. Application and approvals process was very straightforward and well supported by the staff. Property management staff were exceptional at getting maintenance and repair issues sorted out. I had 3 allocated property managers during my time and have to single out Ian as my last property manager for exceptional service and going the extra mile to safeguard my interests as tenant when something went wrong at the property. Fantastic staff who couldn't be more helpful and actually listened to feedback too! Saw us through the whole process and Kat in particular(sales progressor) was a superstar. We also felt that they were very reasonably priced; especially considering the level of service that they provided. Dario took brilliant pictures of our property and let us keep the images afterwards to remember our property. Martin & co Saltaire sold a property for us. The valuation was done quickly and on the market within days. Martin & co kept us informed of proceedings every step of the way and frequently too. Our email enquiries were always answered very quickly and they answered the phone every time we rang. They dealt with issues from ourselves and the buyer rapidly, liasing between us.
