Just a quick line to say how happy I am with the service provide by Martin & Co, especially Gemma at Martin & Co Birmingham City Letting Office, Gemma is marketing a Flat we are trying to rent put at 5 Ways Birmingham. Last Saturday 17th March 2018 I was at the flat sorting out a few small jobs, a prospective new tenant had contacted Gemma to ask if they could view the flat, despite it being pass the time when Gemma should have finished for the day, she did the viewing at 4.30pm, I stayed out of the way in the background, but could observe the viewing, I was impressed Gemma,s friendly and professional approach, answering all question, really showing the the flat off in its best light, so much so that the prospective tenant is now in the process of becoming the new tenant !!I would certainly recommend Martin & Co having previous brought properties through them, and now for the first time using them as letting agentsWell done all, a thanks to GemmaKind regards Simon More...
