Mark was a delight to work with. From the moment we met him we knew we would be in safe hands with what was quite an ambitious project. He exceeded our expectations from start to finish and we would highly recommend him to others.

We worked with Mark throughout the entire project from start to finish and he also helped us to appoint other consultants needed for structure and building control. From the outset we were impressed when Mark was able to get planning permission to extend our home very quickly -- especially as we had already been advised by other professionals that it would be highly unlikely for us to achieve this. We liked the collaborative approach that he took, involving us in the design process and putting forward creative ideas. The result is a big and bright kitchen and dining area which has completely transformed the look and feel of our home, as well as maximising floor space. Mark interacted with our builders and other service providers at every stage of the process -- taking a proactive approach and mitigating risks on our behalf.

Mark is extremely thorough in his approach and a great communicator. He was highly responsive and went the extra mile to ensure we didn't have any nasty shocks. A residential construction project can be a very stressful and overwhelming experience (we were living in the house for the duration of the project) so having an accessible, friendly, calm and measured Architect to help us in the more fraught moments was particularly valuable.
