My friend and I live in different counties and struggled to get together to plan our special birthday celebration trip to New York.
I recall reading about Marc Fitchett travel counsellor in the local Calne Town Crier so we made a call to seek guidance.
Marc was so friendly, he understand how important our trip was to us and offered to put together some travel plans for us to consider. We exchanged many e-mails, text, telephone calls, we were fussy and a real nuisance but Marc was brilliant and very patient always quick to respond. Marc took away any worry, he planned our trip door to door in a great part of NY away from the hustle and bustle within our budget. Prior to travel Marc sent us each a Lonely Planet NY travel guide which was a lovely surprise and very much appreciated,. Then days before a final email with lots of great personalised top tips and recommendations.
Marc gave us reassurance, ‘any queries when away contact me’, we did, an email to query our return flights – all sorted. Excellent, very impressed.
If you’re considering any kind of travel I thoroughly recommend giving Marc a call for a chat. Thanks Marc very much, we had the best trip.
