had my bridal trial yesterday by faye, it's the first time I have ever had my makeup done, wow!! I actually look human! could not believe how nice it was, it was a really nice experience, faye is really really good, super fast, and so lovely, I felt so pretty, that's a first for me, I never wear much makeup, I thought I would feel too done up but I felt lovely! thankyou so much xxx

Sarah did my hair and make up on my wedding day in May and she was absolutely amazing. From the early start to finish Sarah was brilliant throughout the day. Sarah made the morning of my wedding much more relaxed and stress free and did a wonderful job on myself, my mum and my two bridesmaids. CRYSTAL CLEAR COMCIT FACIAL REVIEW
Fantastic time spent at Sarah and Natalie’s launch of the Crystal Clear Comcit Facial at Makeup Lounge this week.
I had never heard of this treatment but I have to say I am impressed. I was dubious about trying this as I have very sensitive skin and the Micro-Channelling sounded a bit scary (basically microscopic needles making way to deliver the treatment into the deeper layers of skin) but it was painless and the freezing cold oxygen being pumped at the same time makes for a really refreshing experience. It’s very cooling and gives a feeling that your skin is really having something done. Natalie kept passing me the mirror so I could see as different areas of the skin were worked on and you could see results instantly on the lines around my mouth and eye area, I have no doubt that with the subsequent course of treatments there will be a massive difference in the appearance of my skin. Not only lift but also glowing and evening out skin tone.
After the treatment Natalie applied a soothing mask which my skin soaked up and left me with a rosy glow and a tingly sensation. My skin felt a little tight like I’d had too much sun but by the evening that had totally calmed down.
The next day my skin looked glowing and you can definitely see a change in the smoothness and plumpness of my skin. Day 3 – I can see a more dramatic change in my deeper laugh lines, they are much smoother. One side of my mouth was worked on a little more than the other during the taster session and I can see a marked difference today between the two sides. I will definitely be coming back for further treatments and if you are thinking about trying this out go for it - you will love it! More...

Would like to say a huge thank you to Sarah for my make-up/hairstyle. You have such an amazing talent and you made me look and feel fabulous. My make-up was flawless and it stayed in place all day. So after many years of terrible skin and embarrassing acne I finally decided to give microdermabrasion a go. It’s something I’ve never dared to do before due to being so worried of what people would say or think about how bad my skin it. Sarah and Nat are amazing they made me feel so comfortable and relaxed and explained everything to me as we went along. I had my 121 with Sarah a few years ago and it was the best money I've ever spent x
I learnt how to apply make up and what colours would suit me, she introduced me to eyeliner (previously too scared to wear it as I have big eyes and always believed eyeliner made your eyes look bigger the reverse is actually true). I now wear eyeliner everytime I wear makeup.
Everytime I visit Sarah's studio I am always made to feel very welcome.
I went yesterday for a makeover with friends we had a fantastic afternoon and I'm sure my friends will agree that Sarah is a genius and what she creates is pure magic!!! More...

Absolutely � the Makeup Lounge. Sarah created the PERFECT smoky eye and I felt amazing all day. My eyeshadow was exactly what I wanted and my skin looked pretty much flawless - who needs Snapchat filters. .. I had my makeup done at 1pm and at 1am it looked exactly the same. Other than lip gloss, I didn’t have to touch it up once, everything stayed put - including my foundation and bronzer. Better still the eyeshadow didn’t crease on my eyelids, it was still perfectly blended 12 hours later. I actually didn’t want to wash it off! Can’t recommend enough. ����� More...

I just wanted to say a massive Thank you to Sarah & Faye for the Masterclass I attended today.
At nearly 52 I thought I was too old to learn anything new.
I had a great afternoon & left knowing that I had learnt some new applications & techniques to help keep my make up in place all day or evening.
With a full demonstration on a model & help with placement of products to suit my own eyes I feel much more confident that I can carry out my very or smokey eye professional look.
From start to finish they were very friendly making it very easy to ask any questions about the application or products.
I have enjoyed every minute of this class & cannot recommend it highly enough. I will definitely be back to master a different look.

Had my second microdermabrasion treatment today and already my skin looks and feels amazing. So much clearer and cleaner. Sarah and Nat are amazing, explaining everything as we go along so their are no worries with after care etc . Just had a fantastic make up 121 with Sarah. She made me feel totally at ease and relaxed. We worked through my make up bag and then developed an everyday look together with some fantastic tips on how to easily dial this up into a lovely, evening look. I was in a rut and had been doing the same look for years. I can’t believe how I have been going about it all wrong too. Not that sarah made me feel like that at all. She’s helped me made some great choices with colours, I always loved on other people but didn’t know how to apply on myself. This was a present from my hubby and I can definitely recommend it. I got the massive thumbs up when I got home from my hubby and my 8 year old. To quote ‘ mummy you look beautiful and really young’. I cannot recommend the makeup lounge enough. I went in a hot mess and came out feeling like a celebrity. I had my eyebrows tattood today. I have been thinking about this for 18 months, did some research and I am so pleased I went here. I have natural hair stroke brows. It took around 1 hour and Sarah took her time to measure and place my brows perfectly. The procedure is helped by the fact that a numbing cream is applied so very little discomfort ( plucking your eyebrows is more painful!!!) I felt completely at ease due to the care and attention in both the consultation and proceedure. If you are in doubt, make an appointment to have a consultation. I am sure that you would feel alot more at ease as I did. When I returned home my husband was as delighted as I was with the results!!!
