MaidProvider.ph found the maid agency industry slumbering when it joined the market in 2009. It was hard to find maids. Employers can't seem to find a maid agency. And when they find one, the service just doesn't address the concerns at home.
Maids were stealing. Maids were incompetent.
MaidProvider.ph entered the market with one thing in mind – shake it up.
I have been following up regarding a maid provided by them, who stole from us for the past 2 months. They just keep on passing me around to different agents.
Who always ask the same questions. Still no resolutions since then, no follow ups nothing. Just after the money. Please save yourself some trouble dont trust this agency
And take note they just reply the same messages but it you call nothing happens
Hi Ms. Shae, we are sincerely sorry about how you feel regarding our services. We are looking forward to resolve this ASAP and make it up to you.
Since I cannot reply here is my reply to this

Hi Sir RR, the resolution for this has been ongoing. Let us take the discussion offline. We are always here to provide any help we may extend.
Reply: I think it is about time that you reach out to paid client. I will wait for your call now, since I have been calling and people keep passing me around. And every time I have to give my case so nothing happens. I do not want to be the one to call anymore If I will go through the same bad customer service. I gave you all my contact numbers 5 times already call us. More...

Avoid this agency! They may be good in marketing but they do not deliver. --That's my recommendation.
I've been reading a lot of negative reviews about Maid Provider, but out of desperation, I tried the agency in Aug 2017.
Unfortunately, the yaya that they referred to me had a history of nervous breakdown and could not function properly. I requested for a replacement a month later, but none of the candidate was suitable to my requirement. Hence, I requested for a refund over the phone, which they kept on deferring by requesting that I give them more time to look for a candidate. The waiting has been too long that the yaya from them suddenly left because she was having difficulty in work. This time, I requested to be enrolled online, which is one requirement. The enrollment is done through their personnel, and it took them a month to attend to my request despite repeated follow-ups.
As soon as my enrollment and request for refund was documented online, I also sent a letter via email and courier to reiterate my request for refund in Dec 2017.
Its now May 2018, but they have not refunded me even if the contract says that that this is to be released one month later. I call them regularly, but they keep requesting for extension and putting off their date of release.
Initially they said that they will release in the form of cheque, but I heard that the cheques they issued bounced. They now requested for my bank account number so they can deposit their refund. I provided this, but they still could not provide a tangible timeline on the release.
I asked their personnel for the name of the owners. None of them knows they claim ! More...
