I recently applied for a job with this company as a cleaner. I received more than 1 email telling me to meet the owner at an address for a paid trial. Following up the emails on whatsapp (as instructed by the owner) she messaged me with the address and cleaning products and appliances I needed to bring with me in order to carry out the trial.

I turned up outside the address at 9am to find her already in a house 3 or 4 doors over, I told her I was outside in my car waiting. She then proceeded to leave the property she was in, get in her own car and leave to which I received a text message explaining what I was supposed to do, who the client was, she even disclosed their personal medical issues.

I was not given any kind of introduction to the customer, the house, even herself. She was so unprofessional, she didn't even ask for my DBS. She expected me to go into this person's house, unattended, and just do the job she's been asked to provide a cleaner for.

I would not recommend working for this company AT ALL, I wouldn't even recommend her services to friends. She doesn't check any of her potential employees for DBS, anyone who applies for her jobs on indeed could have a criminal record and she has no idea and she's sending people into someone's house...it's criminal!!! Terrible. Booked for clean today at 3pm for 2 hours. Arranged appointment 1 week ago, took this afternoon off work, notified them my partner was heavily pregnant and needed house cleaned today for baby coming, messaged at 12, to confirm they were still coming at 3pm, was told yes all booked in. Then have just messaged 1 hour before they are meant to arrive to try and re-arrange, and now cancel as the cleaners have all of a sudden went home sick..... really disappointed. Would not recommend at all. More...

I had two very good people to deep clean my 2 bedroom house. I positively hate housework and had let the place go. Could not have found two better people. Made my day. Thank you very much.

I had a very bad experience with this company. They did not do their job of cleaning my property properly. Very incompetent with extremely rude service. Would not recommend this company.
