They did a fabulous job of doing a deep clean on my elderly grandfather's home. Both ladies were polite, courteous and worked extremely hard all day in blistering heat of the lovely weather we have been having. There was no doubt you could see where they had been once they had finished. They brought the carpets up which now look clean and fresh.

Could not fault the quality of the work or the price. Stella job - so pleased they will be coming back each week from now on to keep my grandfather's home spick and span for him.

Please see below your quote. I do not think of anything, the quote was in writing, nowhere is saying that you charged per person as you charged me. The mistake has been recognised by yourself but still I was liable for that. We all know that first impression its very important. In terms of coming back the staircase was not hoovered, the brown tiles from the en-suite wasn’t even touched, as well as the window, this were on the list, if it wasn’t cleaned proper I would’ve accept you to come back but to miss completely areas that is different. Attention do details and go extra mile specially at the beginning

I chosen Maggie’s based on the reviews. I cannot express my disappointment. First: even though I did mention and confirmed what I would like to be done, the en-suite hasn’t been clean proper, some areas didn’t even be touched. Staircase not hoover. Came 2 ladies, I must say the lady who clean the main bathroom done a good job. Second: I was quoted per hour £13 they claimed that they will need 4 hours they finished in 2 but I paid for 4. When I questioned I was told because came 2 persons I had to pay for 2 people. But I was quoted per hour, not told nothing about charged per persons. I would say dishonest. Shame really. I am sorry you feel this way, but we have a fantastic feedback because of the work we do. I have tried to speak to you about returning to your premises to redo the spot you were not happy with, you refused. where in this country do you pay a person £6.50 an hour when the minimum wage is £8.50. Thank you

They were lovely and quoted by coming round not just giving me a figure without knowing what was involved

Maggies Help have done a brilliant job for me so far. I have used them for end of tenancy cleaning and they've worked miracles in my new house. When I moved into my new house, the internal window frames were beyond dirty, they were cleaned brilliantly and I could actually see white window frames! I have tried to call you this afternoon 24.02.19 @ 15:10 to personally apologise, however I was unable to reach you nor was I able to leave a voice message. In checking the sequence of events to ensure we can learn any valuable lessons from this, I found we did try to call you on the 26th of January at 16:18. Unfortunately we couldn't get hold of you on your landline. This was the only contact number we had for you. We scheduled our standard follow up call to you and rang on the 29th of January at 15:25 - again unable to reach you and unable to leave a voice message.
