I bought a fridge from MA Wash Vac, Hale Lane, Edgware, recently (August 2017). Patrick of WashVac recommended an integral fridge for us, as there were not too many of that type to choose from. It was a pleasure dealing with the firm and one cannot always say that these days. From suggesting a suitable fridge for us, to delivery on time and fitting it in, all went smoothly. I can't speak highly enough, of the professional and courteous service I've received, from making an appointment, and the engineers sorting out my washer/dryer. On the first visit, the engineer was thorough, and he took the washing machine/dryer apart to find out the fault. He then ordered the part, and another engineer spent an hour fixing it, and taking out all the fluff (which wasn't possible for me to do), and he did a thorough job on my washer/dryer. Thankfully, the part that was ordered, has done the trick, and has saved me from buying another washer/dryer!! Not only that, if the part hadn't of worked -- I wouldn't have to pay for labour again, or for the part! Absolutely top rate service !!!!

We have a top of the range Meile washing machine. We live in South Hampstead London.

After 10 years machine developed a leak. WashVac diagnosed the problem as being a worn front door rubber seal. Part was ordered and replaced on second visit.

When we reported leak still not fixed, Rob returned immediately for third visit and diagnosed additional leak due to clogging of dispenser tray pipework.

Machine is now fully functioning like new after effectively a full service.

M A Washvac did not quibble about a further call out and we were not charged for second and third call out visits.

All in all a seamless service, very polite and professional personnel, we can only highly recommend Rob and his team at M A Washvac Services. More...
