AVOID THIS COMPANY
This company installed bifolds at home a while back. They installed incorrectly and had to reposition the fames leaving multiple holes.
Glass units installed were faulty and had to be replaced which they did but when they did they damaged the seals which again they have not repaired . Additionally a FENSA certificate has not been provided despite asking multiple times.

The company missed the deadline so we had to pay 1.3k for extension of lease as we could not move to new house. We asked for refund of this or partial refund, the total cost was 8. 3k, they threatened they will not install the windows if we dont say in written form that we will pay full amount. We could go with cheaper option but they said they will deliver on time. They ignored our calls, email when asked for update. One of the worst service ever experience. Several months back, I organised replacement windows and doors for our private school in Oldbury, Birmingham. There was a total of 30+ UPVC windows and 8 Aluminium doors which replaced old wooden frameworks. The works were completed within the tight deadline with the quality of work and finishing being excellent. The biggest thing which impressed me was, where there was additional works they did not charge us unlike other companies. Our organisation was very happy with all aspects of their work and service. I had my windows and doors fitted in September 2019 by this company I must say from start to finish it was a very pleasant experience gabby in the office to Neil McKenzie the. Sales adviser Ashley in surveying and Angelo in fittingThe windows look real nice the composite door also lovely . Our experience with My Best Windows has unfortunately been very disappointing and poor. We placed the order in January but our composite door wasn't installed until July. Two of our account contacts at the company, left without us knowing so our order was lost. Then I took a day off work to stay in for when the door was finally read to be installed but it didn't go ahead, because 'the glass was damaged on route' then 'there wasn't the right unit at the depot'. We are still missing the top window a month after it was installed and are disappointed with the door quality itself. When we asked to speak with the head of the company because nobody was responding to us, we were denied this and told it wasn't possible, then were told WE were being unreasonable. Endless emails and calls have not been answered or returned and the customer service is awful - do not order anything from this company. I usually love supporting local, family-run businesses but unfortunately not this one! More...

A fantastic job from start to finish. Surveyor and estimator discussed in great detail what i wanted. No hard sell or giving inflated prices which then get discounted. Straight to the point with a very competitive price. Direct employed "Roberto" been with them for 19 years, rang to say he was on his way and on arrival took great care putting dustsheets everywhere. Discussed what was going to be done and checked all the components before making a start. Extremely pleased with the quality of the products and especially the installation as it was quite a difficult job but you would never know they had been there, absolutely nothing disturbed and everything left clean and tidy. I can't praise the installers and My Best windows enough. Thank you for making this a very pleasant experience. Defective goods and awful customer service - avoid this company like the plague! The measurements of my new door didn't match what was agreed, the window sill has dents in, a piece of plastic has fallen from the inside frame meaning the casement is not secure and finally the fitters appear to have damaged my security alarm. Attempts to resolve the issues with the company directly have failed, as they don't take responsibility, are rude then ignore all contact.... surely they should call themselves My Worst Windows.
