Caz is amazing. My natural nails are long and strong and the nail art is always amazing. I’ve had such good volume lashes and today have had dermaplaning for the first time - couldn’t be happier and couldn’t recommend more!

I’ve now been to Lotus Beauty three times and it has been such a relaxing, chilled experience every time. I’ve had gels applied twice and removed once. Every time, Caz has been friendly and welcoming and her work is of such a high quality. My first set of nails lasted over two weeks and, when they were soaked off by Caz, my nails were still in good condition underneath. My most recent set of nails (Spice Girls inspired) have drawn many admiring looks and comments and people can’t believe that the designs were drawn by hand. Caroline is very friendly and her experience is second to none.
She is very reliable and will always give you good advice if you are un-sure of what colour you want. Caroline is always there to help either in person or on the phone. I would highly recommend Caroline for nails and lashes. �

Absolutely thrilled to bits with my gorgeous Russian volume lashes! My natural lashes were super squiggly due to having a lash lift but Caz has given me full, fluffy lashes which are super lightweight, I can't even tell they're on until I catch a glimpse in the mirror!
Caz also sorted out my nails on the same day. I had acrylics and one had broken really low dawn. Caz applied a tip and builder gel and I've now got a beautiful set of nails again.
Quite apart from being incredibly good at what she does and very experienced and knowledgeable, Caz is a true professional, friendly and chatty too! I really recommend her, 100%. Thank you Caz, you're some kind of magic lash and nail fairy!

Bit of a late one as I had my first appointment back in July. Not only did I manage to squeeze in last minute but what an excellent service.
Being a therapist myself it’s always hard to find someone you trust to do treatments on you, even though it was just basic waxing I have never felt so relaxed and comfortable. Plus the outcome was amazing and lasted very well! Thank-you Kaz I will definitely be returning soon!
