I found a flat for rent through Lomond Letting - and found their service from day 1 to be very good. All the staff I had contact with were personable, helpful and accommodating. They worked around my schedule to get me in for a viewing and the gentleman who showed me around was friendly, straightforward and direct. I felt he was being honest with me and went over and above what I would have expected in terms of providing helpful information and suggestions. At the same time I in no way felt under pressure or that he was being pushy. The team were very helpful , supportive and patient during the application process and again went out of their way to work around my schedule with regard lease signing & key handover. I feel confident that they will continue to provide a good service as factors of the property, Overall I would say that the team at Lomond Letting provide a professional yet also highly personal service - which is so lacking with some of the larger companies.
