I placed the ad on Friday evening, not expecting to receive any replies until the following week. Louis picked it up immediately and was ready to attend the address on the same night to help.
It wasn't an emergency so we scheduled a visit for Saturday morning.
He kept me up to date with what he was doing, was knowledgeable and managed to get the door repaired for a reasonable price while other people suggested it was long gone and I needed to fit a new door instead.
Would definitely recommend and will use again for any future garage door or general locksmith requirements.
