Came for a two night stay as wanted to take my wife to Great Orme to see where her brothers ashes were spread and with the help of staff at hotel everything went well from receptionist to porter nothing was too much trouble and breakfast was severed to table so very happy and will hope to return again soon

Sea view room double bed, one night stay. Lovely hotel and nice prices in the restaurant and bar. Great location and lots of parking out front, nice view from the room window also. Rooms clean and nice big TV.

Stayed for two nights whilst visiting friends. Hotel was lovely and clean. I was expecting a slightly sub standard room as I had requested a dog friendly room and was pleasantly surprised to find a lovely clean and fresh room that made our stay very comfortable. ||What makes this hotel extra special though is it’s staff. Whilst looking to buy a holiday home in Llandudno, we stayed at the hotel for just one night.The room was very cold when we booked in, but after a while it warmed up, thanks to a wall heater. The bathroom remained as cold as a freezer however. And I decided to shower when I returned home because of it. This was a budget room though, only £66.50 a night, so I kinda wasn't expecting too much. Clean smart hotel, nicely decorated with Christmas trees. Nice staff, breakfast staff were outstanding, friendly and efficient. Vegetarian breakfast was nice. Lovely sea view room, very clean & adequate for a short stay. The bathroom was quite small. The room was was warm, heated by electric wall heater. Tea & coffee making facilities & bottled water provided. Wish we had known it was dog friendly, as our dog slept in the car kept warm by 2 coats. More...

Our (apprehensive) first ever hotel night away with our 1yr old cockapoo, and it’s turned out great. We’ve eaten (and a few other did owners) breakfast in the lounge away from residents, and the staff have been 10/10 in looking after us, making us feel really welcome. Promenade grass walks for the dog right outside, 10mins from main centre. Our double room view is of the whole bay, brilliant, and it’s large enough with two bay window seats to give us the comfort, with the dog on a blanket on the floor. Apparently 5 rooms allocated dogs, and it’s a 6 month new venture - great for us. Breakfast great, room very nice. Parking in street nightmare and it’s off season - suggest get here early (not Sat 7pm, we eventually found side street space). More...

love this hotel . 2nd visit here and bev on reception made our visit fantastic from the booking to departure she was amazing made us feel soooo welcome . room was small but adequate shower was hit and miss but was good for are needs ! drinks were expensive 2 double bacardi & coke/lemo was over £16 which is expensive when there is no entertainment there .but pillows were awful that’s when bev from reception came in and made sure we got lovely pillows thank you for that .all the staff were friendly & welcoming and due to the fact the hotel is in administration did not effect our stay .good luck to them for the future . Had very enjoyable Weekend attending an Event at this Hotel. The Hotel is of modern standard, well decorated and clean. On arrival I received warm friendly welcome at Reception, and all Staff I had contact with were equally friendly, efficient and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble to them, with much attention to Customer care. Had a lovely stay with top friends. The hotel was very clean, the food was lovely & the staff couldn't do enough for you. The beach is straight across the road & the town is only 10 minutes walk away. I will definitely be going again.

We had a great weekend, hotel is modern and clean and the staff very friendly. We accidentally left an expensive piece of jewellery in the safe and Harriet on reception was exceptionally helpful And made all the arrangements for this to be returned safely. Highly recommended!

Stayed here,so we could have a sea view, at a reasonable price. It has had a lot of work done, but it still lacks something, just hard to say what that something is. It is clean, the staff are friendly, and it's a lovely building. Our room was an ok size, but the bathroom is ridiculously small. Not their fault, because as we understand, it is a Grade 2 listed building, and they were not allowed to extend the rooms, to accommodate a larger bathroom. Wouldn't have wanted to have stayed longer than 2 nights. The room had a storage heater, which is not ideal. Was hot when we didn't need it, and cold when we came in from the day. Usually they give heat out all day, so not sure what was going on with it. We used to just twiddle some knobs until it came on, which was a total pain! The weather was cold and windy, and the window was single glazed. The cold that came through the glass was unbelievable. Now we understand that there is restrictions on listed buildings, but on neighbouring properties, there was double glazing, but this hotel, deperately needs it. My friend and I went to the Llandudno Bay Hotel for Afternoon Tea yesterday. What a delight! The service was excellent, attentive without being obtrusive. Went here with my daughter fir an Afternoon Tea treat. From the moment we walked in you could feel the lovely atmosphere. Staff friendly and professional and very smart . Service great. The afternoon tea is served on a mini picnic bench - very cute! All sandwiches, cakes and scones were delicious. Glass of prosecco. As i was driving, i was able to have a pot of tea which was topped up when i asked. Went to the toilets, passing through a really lovely lounge area overlooking the sea front. We were staying in Llandudno for a few days and met up with an old friend who now lives in the town. We decided on afternoon tea at the Llandudno Bay Hotel and were not disappointed. Claire looked after us very well and we had enjoyable afternoon with freshly cut finger sandwiches, scones with jam and cream, delicious cakes and pastries together with large pots of tea and coffee. What can we say booked 2 doubles sea view nxt to each other very clean rooms everything you need usual tea coffee bottled water biscuits also iron and iron board fan safe hairdryer all in room bonus we booked in evening meal in restaurant good choice and cooked perfectly we also had a afternoon tea again was fantastic breakfast is buffet style plenty to eat was impressive staff we brilliant couldn’t do enough especially Claire she is hoot and definitely a people person exactly what the hotel needs can’t understand some reviews as everything was spot on I guess there is no pleasing some folk well done keep up the good work all

Nice Hotel, nice 10 -15 minute stroll along the promenade to the pier or town centre. We held our wedding at the Llandudno Bay Hotel on Saturday, and it was superb. The staff Reception, Bar Man, Waiters and Waitresses, Cleaners, Porters, Kitchen Staff, Chefs, were absolutely amazing and could not do enough for us. They were so happy, hard working and welcoming.
