Over the last ten years I bought, rented and finally sold my house with them. I felt in very safe hands from the beginning to the end of the lettings process. This was invaluable to me as I only let one flat and have had the same tenant for 8 years, so I was out of date regarding new regulations / processes. Living in London found me great tenants quickly. They kept me informed throughout and made everything painless. Adam, Megan, Elizabeth and Ola all gave outstanding service and advice throughout. They didn't advise I go for the first tenants who offered, but instead recommended I wait a little longer until tenants with strong credentials (if that's the word!) were interested. This demonstrated that they are not after a "quick buck", but really committed to ensuring their landlords/landladies get the right people! Thank you for all your help.
