Gazebo stall can cook and serve food for 10 hours a day. Food prepared in woks and kept fresh in hot serving dishes for staff serving from the stall, taking payment as expected or agreed. Cook to order service also available.
Private event - Personal chef
Cooking by international Thai chef working in dozens of 5 star restaurants in England and Bangkok, on customer provided gas hob with wok adaptors provided. All Thai food catered for, menu agreed before hand in order to purchase and prepare stock. Food served by owner and second cook
