Offered to do the job this Saturday and then rudely declined because I asked them to show evidence of their PL insurance

I'm sorry but that is absolutely untrue. We declined because the client gave us a bad feeling and we thought that he probably would not pay. He was also asking for personal information about one of our operatives which made us uncomfortable. Public Liability insurance was provided as requested for which we have a digital paper trail and even a text response acknowledging the receipt of the certificate through email. A case of sour grapes on his part I'm afraid because we turned him down. I would be grateful if Bark deleted his
