I completed my 6 week challenge with LPT, what a fantastic bunch of people they were all so friendly. The PT’s are fantastic and could not be more helpful, I have learned an awful lot and it has changed the way that I think about food and exercise. Just a great 6 week challenge with amazing people behind it, the team give you everything you need to be able to complete this challenge and change your life for the better as long as your committed to it. I recently completed my 6 week challenge with LPT. It’s been a fantastic journey, my soul goal was to loose weight (which I have done with great success) however I have learnt so much more about myself and life. The training has been exciting and challenging, but it’s different to any gym I’ve been to I’ve had fantastic 1 to 1 chats. There’s been work shops and Q&A interactions online along with a heap of extras. I feel great for the first time in a long time physically and mentally so I’ve joint the 12month program. I've just completed the 6 week transformation challenge and have loved it. The training is fab and is adaptable to all fitness levels and the nutrition advice is simple and easy to follow. The best part of the 6 week challenge that really made it for me was the girls in the group, everyone was so positive and encouraging. They made it fun and felt like every sucess no matter what size is celebrated. The instructors too are fantastic, there is no judgement and really want you to succeed, it's clear this is their passion. Matt and Katie have been just fantastic. To start the 6 weeks before Christmas might appear silly but actually I'm in a far better place than what I was, by taking part im tw0 steps ahead ready for Christmas instead of being tw0 steps behind. The nutrition support via the apps, quick tips and messages really helped to complete the package and ensured I knew what I needed to do to get the results I wanted and make some changes I could see the benefit of. I've just finished my 6 week LPT course and am so thankful for signing up! The introductory meeting was great as I got to meet other people who had signed up and find out more about what to expect; it also gave me a head start in meal planning. What I like most about LPT is how it's viewed as a lifestyle programme, not just a diet to go on for a few weeks or some exercise to do because we're told it's what we should be doing. The trainers invest time in each person individually and help us to think about why we want to do this programme and how we can sustain it long term, including dealing with those unexpected obstacles that come our way. I have always focussed on scale results so adapting to inch/fat loss and before/after photos took awhile for me to get used to, but I now know this is a far more realistic approach to tackling the issues I have around weight and food. As a result of joining LTP I have lost 9lbs, 37cm from my body and my fat % has reduced too. I feel so much better in myself already and people are already noticing the difference. I have now signed up to continue this journey through 2019 and I can't wait to see where I will be with it this time next year. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this programme, and am so thankful to the team behind it for all of their hard work and dedication to help us achieve our goals. More...

I'm 50 next year and felt that I needed to get myself in shape! I had not been in the gym for several years as I'd really fallen out of love with exercise so I after a few abortive attempts decided to join the 6 weeks transformation program. Well here I am at the end of it 22lbs lighter, but the biggest changes for me is how I think about my food and exercise! I walked in on the first day for training thinking 'what the hell am I doing!' I was definitely the fattest and the most unfit there, but that didn't matter if I couldn't do a particular exercise Matthew Sutton or Katie Le Feuvre would give me a regression exercise which still works the same muscles but was achievable for me! The ladies I train with have been so supportive, we have a closed Facebook group and the support and encouragement amongst the group has been amazing everyone wants to the best for their training buddies, but we have actually had so much fun along the way too.. I never leave a session without having a laugh along the way. I've been pushed to do things I never thought I could do, and you know what I CAN! I will be continuing with LPT as I’ve found something I enjoy. I would recommend it to anyone, you really can do it if you invest. More...

My 6 week Transformation challenge is coming to an end, and I can honestly say my Lifestyle has changed for the better! I was sceptical when the targets were put forward to me. However, I was willing to give anything a go - where all else had failed - so I took on the challenge. After all, with the promise of money back should I succeed, it was the motivation I needed. The gym sessions have been varied and hard, but I have always felt great afterwards. The results began to show after the first 2 weeks. My fitness levels rose, flexibility increased and I was throwing out burpees like they were nothing!! Workouts are tailored and adapted to all abilities - everyone very encouraging and supportive. Lots of motivation from both instructors and fellow gym buddies. So, after 6 weeks I’m almost a stone lighter, a dress size down and feeling great! Currently coming to the end of our 6 week course and I have loved it! Having struggled immensely with losing weight for a while I was sceptical. But with their money back guarantee I had nothing to lose! Safe to say I have been very pleased with my losses! Using the body fat analyser means I was able to monitor my fat percentage and see it dropping before my eyes! I was initially worried starting in a group that I wouldn't know anyone but I've made friends in just six weeks that I otherwise wouldn't have got to meet had I not done this - all in the same boat, pushing eachother along when the workouts get harder or we are having an off day. I can whole heartedly recommend this to everyone who needs that push to kick-start getting healthier! I'm just coming to the end of my 6 week plan. I can't praise the team at LPT enough. I was stuck in rut at the gym, and need a boost and guidance and I have had the best time and got so much out of the 6 week plan. I have tired every diet there is out there had diff personal trainer at the gyms and then I see lpt on Facebook and I did think at first never heard of them and k k let's try this one as I also have a eating disorder and I am very very Over weight so spoke to Matt from ltp and thought k I'll start the 6 weeks program how good is this going to be as like I said I have tired everything and they all seem the same I lose a bit of weight then put it all (plus MORE) bk on. OMG and I mean OMG I was SOOOOOO wrong I am now finishing my 2nd 6 week challenge which is to lose a stone in 6 weeks and I did my first and got a Cef coz I lost a stone in the 6 weeks with them but coming to the end of this 6 weeks should get it again whoop whoop lol and they r that good I am now signing for a year programme and so is my husband they work on ur muscles plus weight loss .when I had a personal trainer they all just did cardio and when I left them i would just feel sweaty BUT with LPT u r sweaty and u feel ur muscles and OMG u feel ur muscles have been worked which gives u a buzz. LPT do weekly video on Q+As on there Facebook and lots of other videos which keep u going coz if u having one of them days u watch one and they only little videos and u bk on track they also teach u about FOOD which is a MASSIVE thing for me. u can go to little course groups which they hold and teach u diff things and the coach's r amazing they help u in so many diff ways I have learnt so much with LPT help so thank u LPT More...

I cant recommend LPT enough. I recently completed the six week programme and it has changed my whole outlook on what it means to be healthy. There is a fantastic team of coaches, especially Matt and Jamie who teach, mentor and support you all the way. Their passion for what they do is clear and is infectious as I continue to enjoy my new lifestyle and confidence this group has given me. I did the 6 week programme having lost my way at the gym. Jamie, Noah and Matt are very encouraging and taught me how to exercise properly. I didn't join them as I was already paying for gym membership but I'm now back at the gym in classes that I would never have had the confidence to do prior to this. I'm also eating much better and drinking more water! So I would recommend LPT either as a long term programme or to just kick start you back into healthier ways. More...

I'm now on the final week of the 6 week course. Really pleased with the results. These guys know there stuff with regards to both training and nutrition. All the coaches are great motivators and spend the time to ensure you are executing the exercises correctly. Can't recommend highly enough and wish I had joined up earlier. When i first saw the advert for LPT i must admit i thought, here we go another 6 week challenge cant see how it can work. After a call from Coach Jamie, i thought i would give it a go . I soon realised changes could be acheived after a few weeks, with the encouragement and coaching, group session, nutrition coaching and eating real food. There are no gimmick diets, no fancy shakes, just back to basic real food and exercise with all the encouragement you can handle from the coaching team and everyone else on the same road to a fitter healthier life. These guys are amazing, everyone's a bit apprehensive at first, but even after your first meeting they put you at ease. Really help with your nutrition, the training is hard but good fun, serious with a bit of banter thrown in, whatever your goal, these guys will help.
