LBHF does a great job at keeping current with fitness trends and offering a diverse group of classes and programs to appeal to its broad membership base. LBHF also consistently updates the physical site and equipment so that everything is clean, fresh and in good working order. The front desk personnel is friendly and the locker rooms are maintained to the highest standard. LBHF is a great asset to the entire community. More...

Aside from feeling like you're in a geriatric rehab facility, I've never been to a better gym or been more motivated by my trainers and training program. The equipment is the best I've seen, the classes are fun and the locker rooms are first class. More...

I visiedt during an open house. I tried the chair yoga class. It was fabulous. They have an extensive group exercise schedule. I wish it was near my home.

I gave it 4 stars because whe. I asked a question about a machine working a specific muscle, the employee didn’t know....but apologized.

Hello Clark, I would like to tell you about my excellent experience I have had with the LifeBridge Fitness. I am a retired veteran 100% disabled with a bad back, neck and knees, the life bridge fitness trainers has been so helpful and patient with helping me strengthen up my back my knees and my calf muscles. The pool staff is excellent too they have taught me so many exercises to do in the pool to strengthen my back, neck, knees and my whole body.I cannot say enough about LifeBridge staff and the help they have given me to gain strength back in my legs, thighs, knees and relieve some of the pain in my back thank you. LifeBridge is the best place to invest your energy. The people are caring while engaging especially when they see you need a little help. Enough exercise classes and individual trainers to assist you. Come to yoga, cycle fit, vinyasa yoga my favorite, aqua fit, meditation are a few of what's offered. There's something for everyone so come on and enjoy yourself and once you'll finished the jacuzzi is waiting and the stream room but if you just want to relax in sauna fine because I enjoy all this and more. We even have free coffee while relaxing . I enjoy LifeBridge. The indoor track is another favorite More...

Lifebridge is like my second home. Exercising in the salt water pool is a pleasure. The water aerobics instructors are well trained and do an excellent job of helping us stay fit. The therapy pool and whirlpool are an added benefit. Chair yoga instructors make each class different and are so beneficial to our overall well being. All the equipment is in very good working order and kept clean. I would recommend Lifebridge to people of all ages. More...

The amenities are very nice, the group fitness classes are excellent and the members and staff are all so friendly. Lifebridge has a nice community feel unlike any health club I’ve ever attended.

Excellent equipment for exercise, and a great walking/running track. The face-to-face and trainer staff are knowledgeable, approachable, and helpful. The members are friendly and motivated, willing to help. (There is also a large heated pool and smaller pool, which I don't use.) Also, I like the overall organization of LHF, which has programs and organized events. Membership makes you part of something big, not just of a gym. More...
