I've never had any problems with LPM in the 10 years I've been in a property factored by them. Their service charge is a pretty good deal for the amount of work they do on my behalf. Have had a total of two different managers looking after my building in all that time and they regularly take part in residents' meetings. They have always been more than helpful & sympathetic whenever I've had any kind of problem and I happily recommend them. More...

I've lived at an LPM managed property for 4 years. The experience of the factors company has been variable, but overall a good one. We have had 3 property managers in this time, one of them being excellent and highly engaged with the development and it's residents. It does sometimes feel that tasks take a long time to be executed, but I think this is more a reflection on our development not having enough dedicated residents to form a committee and take more control. I have had a serviced office in Regus Berry Street, Aberdeen for 7 months after relocating from New Zealand. It was a seamless process to negotiate a lease and the service from the centre team is excellent and can't be faulted.
