Before qualifying as a Life Coach, Nutrition & Weight Management Practitioner and PIlates Instructor, I spent 12 years in Human Resources with British Gas/Transco, Going Places, Ashcroft Care Services as a Training Officer, Training Designer and latterly as a Human Resource Junior Partner. I always tried to stay mentally healthy & physically, but busy schedules, working away from home and then having my children all took their toll on my health and well-being. I then decIded to make a change, both to my job and lIfestyle.

I went on to study a Post Graduate Certificate in Business & Personal Coaching and then later an Advanced Diploma in Nutrition & Weight Management, Exercise to Music and an Advanced Diploma in Pilates. I now bring a combined skill base which offers clients a clear and balanced approach to health, wellbeing, weight management and fitness.

I’m frIendly, approachable, non-judgemental and totally passionate about Coaching my clients to achieve their lIfe-changIng goals, whether that’s lIfe in general, a career change, to make a fresh start, weight loss, nutrition, wellbeing or fitness goals.
