I was so pleased with the service at The Grange Country House. We held a work function at the venue which can normally be such a stressful and time consuming process - not at all! Everything was done for us and after what normally takes months of planning took little involvement allowing us to enjoy the evening with no stress at all! From the moment we viewed The Grange from the very first time we had a dedicated person handling the planning and requirements. For several months afterwards Richard would often call us to give us an update on where we were and to confirm any outstanding points. We only had to make one more visit to the venue before our function.On the day we couldn’t have asked for more! The team were sensational catering for all of our needs! They took care of everything and made sure the evening run smoothly! The food was exquisite and succeeded all expectations as more often than not, when catering for large groups of people it can lose its quality and can be tight on portions - the food was phenomenal and the portions were generous . . . The proof was in the clean plate left behind! At the end of the night the efficiency of the team I helping us get taxis home and coordinate a very merry group of people was great. Recently had my wedding here, and I have to say was fantastic. From when I first met with Richard, right through to the end of the day. Richard was very helpful with all of my questions & he also gave some great advice & ideas. Menu tastings was unbelievable, phenomenal food. Now the day, all the staff at the Geange where excellent, so welcoming to my guests, nothing was to much trouble. Service was great, food excellent. The whole day came together so well I can’t thank you enough. Beautiful beautiful venue. Amazing location for a private event. Went to view it for an event but unfortunately it wasn't available for the date I was after. Father and Son showed us around and they were lovely. Excellent service. They recommended other locations to see and went above and beyond in helping us find another venue. What I love most about the venue? When you rent it, you get the entire venue including all the rooms, the beautiful canopy at the back, the kitchen and the grounds. I attended a wedding reception here last week and can't fault the service. The setting is beautiful and the rooms are very spacious allowing people to spread out. There were quiet areas where you could enjoy a drink and a chat. There were two bars which was a great idea!! The food was delicious ...brought round in bowls by waitresses.The entertainment was extremely good with a DJ (DJ Neal) who really played to the crowd and the photo booth (Wow Factor Events) was great fun.
