Alex and his team were brilliant from beginning to end for a garden party for 70 people in the evening and lunch for 30 the following day. Their site visit was professional and engaging and they went to great trouble to provide the most appropriate and good value solution, making sure it worked with quite a tight space. The outcome was an enormous success, thanks to their vision and delivery. Lex Marquee Hire provided the marquee for our wedding in October. Alex and his whole team did a truly amazing job, from initial consultation right through to taking the tent away after our celebration! They really went above and beyond on the morning of our wedding, when we had 50mph winds and the marquee was in need of some attention. As well as the marquee itself, they also provided lighting and furniture, making everything easy for us and helping us to create the perfect atmosphere for our day. Lex were the only company to do a site visit to make sure that I was hiring the right marquee, the right size. Alex visited within a few day of my initial contact, measure out the space, discussed other option etc. to ensure I knew what I was getting and that I was happy with my choices. He was delightful as was the other Alex when I dealt with him on the phone. The marquee was stunning, lovely dance floor and lit up quickly, in good time for my daughters 21st (in fact I actually had the marquee for 3 days over the weekend. So I had plenty of time to decorate it and set up the interior. I even contemplated another party! I’m so grateful for the friendly and open/honest service I received from Lex Marquee Hire. Lex Marquees were recommended to me and provided a 14m2 stretch tent which was even more effective than I had imagined. I hired a mini marquee out for my bday in August and it was great! My guests were able to sit and eat under despite a little shower! Alex and his team were v accommodating - they put up lights, chairs and tables inside the marquee. Very quick and efficient when setting up. Would recommend a marquee from LEX if looking to hire one. Alex was great from start to finish, Lex provided all the decor for my wedding, along with a marquee and garden furniture. Sadly although in August it rained throughout the day but Alex had already checked the weather forecast before we arrived and shifted things so our guests had dry seats under the marquee instead of leaving it all on the lawn. Little things like that made our experience so much better. We would recommend this company to anyone with any marquee or decor needs for any outdoor event. More...

I decided to choose Lex for my wedding party as Alex was so helpful from the initial enquiry which I made, he was very efficient putting the plans together and kept in regular contact with me until the party even sending me photos of other events to help me create the theme which I wanted. I choose Lex Marquee Hire for the Guide Dog for the Blind Association Wimbledon Fun Day that I organised back in July. The Capri marquee was perfect for the occasion as it was beautiful to look at. The installation was very simple and the LEX Team were fantastic on set up and dismantling the Capri. Alex not only supplied the Capri tent, but the tables and chairs and you can hire what you want from them. The team are very knowledgeable and from the outset were a pleasure to deal with. Alex and the team were friendly and professional. We hired the marquee for our wedding party in our back garden and even though it was awkward as a path runs right through the garden, the marquee was erected so we could make use of as much space as possible and Alex was happy to discuss everything with us to make sure we were happy.

Alex and the team were fantastic through out the process and the marquee worked perfectly for our wedding. Despite the rain it created a cosy atmosphere and it received so many complements on the day.

We cannot speak highly enough of Alex and the team at Lex. Nothing is too much trouble, and their advice was second to none. We had a capree marquee for our wedding and it looked truly spectacular. The lighting was unbelievable and our advice would be to utilise the coloured uplighters as the effect was exactly what we wanted. Also the ivy dressing within the marquee itself provides a great effect as does the bulb lighting in the outside.

Our biggest advice though is the black and white dance floor as it looked truly awesome.

We were not pressured by any form of upselling and everything they suggested worked perfectly. The lighting team Lex utilise also made the gardens look spectacular.

Alex thank you so much to you and your team for helping make our wedding day so memorable, it was a genuine pleasure to work with you from the very first consultation.

We would recommend them a 1000%.

We used Lex Marquee hire for my 40th birthday party last weekend and they were fantastic! From the outset, Alex was totally professional and without a doubt, went the extra mile from chatting to me at length about my event and spending a good while on a personal site visit measuring up to make sure what we booked was just right. With regards to the marquee itself, it was beautiful! The flooring and dance floor were perfect, and the festoon lighting provided the most perfect atmosphere. He also provided a fantastic bar, amazing lights and recommended a brilliant DJ (David, SoundzUnique) who made the night go so so well.
