Best landlord I've ever had. Ann is brilliant. Never had a real estate agent before that's so easy to talk to, so ready to fix any problems, and so upfront and honest. We're now renewing our lease and are glad to be dealing with Anne for another year or more. It's been great to deal with a "real person", and feel like we're treated as individuals, not just numbers in a book, the small business aspect of let's go letting is really friendly and personal. Yet, also very professional and Ann was able to secure us a lease and organise everything in advance when we were still abroad. I hope Ann can help us when we're ready to buy a house in Glasgow.
