Leigh made immediate contact and gave what I thought to be a reasonable quote to which I agreed. He attended and completed the job within two hours and was polite and friendly.

Excellent service. Turned up exactly as arranged. Very friendly very professional and job done very promptly. Would recommend 100% and would definitely use again.

Moved out of an Army quarter and Leigh sorted all my locks out and cleaned up after. Charged me half the rates that I had been quoted by other companies was local too unlike most companies I called.
Replaced all my locks including my garage.
Even cut extra keys for free, offered warranty and discount for military.
Made it an easy experience, already recommended to friends

After having an attempted burglary over the weekend I called Leigh's Locks for there assistance. They arrived 20 minutes after the phone call and quickly got to work. They replaced all the locks throughout and added extra security on my doors and windows for piece of mind. They stuck to the price initially quoted on arrival and even repaired the garage door for free and cut all the additional keys I wanted for free. Its made things a lot easier knowing there are genuine people that you can trust not to rip you off in your hour of need!!!They even invoiced the bill to me via email, as at the time I had no options of paying which again made life easier. I gave them a tip (£20.00) of which they explained they give all there tips (in the way of food & drink items) to a local food bank every Christmas to help struggling local people/familys. I phoned Leigh to try to repair the repaired lock on my back door. Not an emergency but he fitted me in on the same day. Had to send for a new part but returned within two days to carry out the repair. He left the door in a safe condition during the two days. My front door lock failed, i searched the internet and found Leigh's Locks and called for a quote. I went with Leigh as his call out fee was cheaper than most. Leigh was quick to arrive and the service was great. Leigh fitted a new euro lock cylinder and I was keen for extra security so he recommended sash jammers, so i followed his advice. Leigh repaired my French doors which wouldn't lock correctly when lifting the handle, it seemed that something had dropped. Leigh knew exactly what the problem was, he stripped the locking mechanism from the door and after a quick measurement, replaced the mechanism which now works better than it ever did, it's so smooth.
