Arriving on time as a team of two, Thembi and her companion truly exceeded expectations. Her price was also very reasonable, fixed in advance with no concerns about how many hours the job might take.

This lady came to see our house, and was very nice. Said she'd need a couple of hours to do a deep clean. Come the day, it's her partner that comes in. She had no clue what the house looked like and what she was in for. She was 5 hours in and she wasn't even half-way done. So I call the original woman and told her that this was not right. Should've been the same lady who knew what she was doing. So I told her to leave. Then the original lady called me to apologise and offered to refund 2 of the hours because the lady overcharged. She said she would come and do the job for free as an apology. She never came, and never refunded. So I kept calling, and hung up every time. Then never picked up after that. So I texted her saying I'd be taking her to the Small Claims Court. Then a day later, she gets a guy to come to our house to give me the refunded money and apologise. So I told him that this is unprofessional and it should've been the company owner to come and apologise herself. He just gave me excuse after excuse and said he had no clue what happened. TERRIBLE!
