Absolutely brilliant. First of all Phil tried to talk me through the problem over the phone to see if I was able to fix it myself. Despite being the night before Xmas eve, he came out to the house, arrived exactly when he said he would, Sorted the problem really quickly and gave some great advice. I don't write many reviews, but WOW, what an amazing experience. I searched the internet and made some enquiries about changing my locks at home. I thought these guys would be too far away to help me, but they responded within 5 minutes of an email, booked a time to visit me the next day (I contacted after 9pm) A number of other locksmiths just didn't reply or answer my call.
