She has helped us through out the process from submitting the planning application , giving perfect drawings , following the application and getting a positive yes in the end. She is very clear and methodical in her approach and is always available and happy to help for all those stressful moments of waiting and any other problems that come during the whole process. We have had our construction done and now finishing on the decoration part.We highly recommend her for all the architectural work and her knowledge is immaculate regarding any rules and guidelines. We were looking for a good architectectural designer who could assist us with our Planning permission for our home extension.
While doing our research, someone recommended Samneet and I contacted her immediately to have the initial conversation. Right from day one, Samneet has surprised us with her professionalism, coomunication and subject matter knowledge. Samneet was immaculate in her work and made sure the designs were exact to our requirement and yet conform to the council rules. She was very punctual in communication with us and the authorities and her advice on pre extension site visit was really a great tip as it helped us to explain the officer about our extension details.
Her passion for work and attention to detail is fantastic. We got our application approved by council without any problem. This was given the fact that our earlier application under a different architect got rejected because of poor follow-up.

We instructed La Vaastu for submitting our planning application including the building regs and planning diagrams and I must say it has been so seamless that we never realised when it was submitted and when we got the approval. Amazing work done by Samneet, she does work with you and listens to you. We had always been little sceptical about this whole planning permission process but Samneet made it easier.
