This building is falling apart. I can't believe it's a new build. Problems with leaks, smells, ventilation, lifts. The fourth floor, in particular, feels so stuffy and gross, I would get a headache in summer. The lifts are a pain and make no sense. Sometimes, there are organised events which are nice (e.g. puppies), so the staff do a lot to make this place more tolerable <3 Sadly, the issues I'm describing seem to be structural and can't magically be fixed :( More...

Referred by Estate agent Pattinsons to these people for conveyancing on a tight time line to complete. They took my money quickly then waited two weeks to respond to my messages before telling me my case was too difficult for them leaving just a week to complete. I ignored the next incompetent referral from Pattinsons as it was twice the original price from Taylor rose and got my own local solicitor who handled my case easily. It's my opinion Taylor rose are either not competent solicitors or just conveyancers with a limited understanding of house purchasing laws and clearly in my case dangerously unreliable as if I had not met the deadline I would have lost £20,000 fees. It also took Taylor Rose 3 months to return my fees after several phone calls. Of course Pattinsons are equally culpable for recommending Taylor Rose. More...
