Katherine has helped me so much . Her room is lovely and you leave feeling calm , relaxed and positive . Just the way she speaks to you makes you feel 10x better before you’ve even started your session . I go to Kathy for weightloss therapy. She has absolutely changed my life, mind and body. I've always struggled with keeping my mind focussed and never had the right mindset to lose the weight I wanted to.
Since I have been seeing Kathy I have lost 1.5 stone in 2 months, taken up exercise and don't emotional eat anymore. Without her I wouldn't have been able to do what I have.

What I love the most about my job is helping people and watching people move on with positivity, I love helping people to change their thought process and get back on top of life. It’s so very rewarding.

I am COVID secure, I can obtain a 2m distance, I wear PPE, provide hand sanitiser also. Health Disclaimers must be signed prior to visit.
Face to Face Hypnotherapy (Initial Consultation)

The Initial Consultation covers any and all issues, other than Stopping Smoking. If this is your first time seeing me for anything other than `Stopping Smoking, then you will need to book in for an Initial Consultation.
Extensive Face to Face Initial Consultation, with brain/emotion/thought explanation, hypnosis session and free recording.
This 90 minute session cost is
£55 (9am - 6.30pm),
£60 (6.30pm-9pm)
Cancellation Policy
Please note I require 48hrs notice prior to cancellation, failure to do so will result in the client being liable for the full cost of the session. Appointments lost due to no-shows waste time and money and prevent me from helping other people. Please help me to help you.

Face to Face Hypnotherapy Stop Smoking
This is a one-off 2 hour Stop Smoking session, you do NOT require an Initial Consultation prior to this appointment, a face to face appointment to conquer that habit.
120 minute - one off two-hour session
£125 (9am - 6.30pm)
£140 (6.30pm - 9pm)
A £25 deposit is taken upon booking, a link for, this amount is then deducted from your appointment, your appointment is only secure once this has been paid.
