This gym was truly a great experience the staff and members were all very friendly and helpful. It was like watching a family of artist who really appreciate their craft just support and guide each other towards surpassing themselves.
I really wish I could have spent more time with them and gotten to know them better I took Elia [i believe her name was] class she was so nice and extremely helpful really trying to help and neve hesitated on questioning if she saw you having any issue
Respect to Master Sam for putting together one of the best squads in all of Croydon scratch that probably of all the Uk
If I ever find myself in London again I know where I'm headed.

My first session was absolutely amazing. On the door read 'leave your ego outside this door'. This already eased some of my nerves.
I remember stepping into an electric atmosphere; there was a class with experienced fighters taking place. Indeed, there were no egos even though belts filled every space on the walls! Everyone was willing to help and answer any questions had. Furthermore, everyone was supportive and encouraging! I had no idea such a place existed!
I would highly encourage you and your whole family to join KO!!!
