Jamie didn't turn up on the day he was supposed to, when I got hold of him he said he would be there tomorrow. He arrived later than the time he said he would, did minimal work then had to go out to buy materials (caps for pipework), he was supposed to arrive on the following Monday to finish removing bathroom and flooring, and board the floor and fit the bath for the tiler to arrive next day. Tried ringing no reply, so sent a text. Jamie's wife replied to say he had an accident and hurt his back and would ring me after he h ad seen the doctor. This didntt happen , he left me without a bathroom and messed up the timing 're the tiler. I then had to find a new builder, to complete the work. Jamie's punctuality and communication was practically non existent and left me in a very stressful situation. I definitely would not recommend this company. Carpenter gave a quote over the phone.when he turned up to do the work he did not have the materials and the price went up by £90 . I asked twice for references and a written quotation, these were not supplied. He had scheduled to arrive to carry out the work but he did not turn up.

Unfortunately we have had to post 1 star rating as a 0 is recognised. We agreed for KLE to plaster a bathroom. bedroom and kitchen. after working for 1 day we were asked to pay 50% to his personal bank account and that was the last we heard from him. the work he did was completely substandard which has resulted in us having to replace the bathroom ceiling and employ another contractor to complete the work. Despite numerous phone calls . messages and a chance meeting in a b and q car park he has failed to contact us or respond to our request for our money back.
