Russell Baker at Kingdom Mortgages has been absolutely fantastic finding me the best mortgage for my needs - for both times I've purchased properties recently. His knowledge of his profession is second to none, and he's always quick to respond, quick to go through processes, and just makes you realise that anything is possible! So many mortgage advisors previously at different companies had given me incorrect and conflicting information about mortgages - Russell just told it how it is, told me I could get a great deal - and then got me a great deal! Russell is great - he helped us remortgage to enable an equity loan to be repaid, and helped us with a new mortgage for a bigger property. We didn't think we'd be able to borrow as much as we have, which gave us a lot more possibilities in terms of upsizing. thanks to Russell we have a beautiful home and he helped make the process as easy as possible. Kingdom Mortgages (and Russell Baker) has been absolutely amazing with my mortgage advice, mortgage application and the whole process. If I could give Kingdom mortgages more than 5 stars I would - Russell makes house buying a breeze and is always so helpful, even when asked the silliest questions. We have recommended KM to all our friends and family who have also had exceptional service from start to finish. This is the second time we have dealt with KM for mortgage applications, as well as helping sort out home and life insurance in the interim, and each time we have been so grateful to have the guidance we needed.
