What do you love most about your job?
Assisting employers achieve a solution to their employment law issues in the most efficient and practical way and helping employees achieve a satisfactory resolution to their issues and/or represent them to seek appropriate redress in the tribunal.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My clients. I wanted to be able to choose which clients I wish to work for and really understand them and their needs. I enjoy being available for my clients and being an essential part of their business or their personal lives.
Why should our clients choose you?
If I work with a client, I like to really know what drives them and what they are seeking to achieve. I then think outside the box (as well as inside) to find a solution that is practical and efficient in the circumstances. For me, no two cases are the same.
