Karen does our cleaning and has done so for a few years and is BRILLIANT. We had had quite a few cleaners in the past and none of them were very thorough or reliable. Karen is very reliable and also extremely thorough - gets behind and underneath furniture in a way that most cleaners don't! My daughter was off school yesterday when Karen and her colleague came to clean. They were very friendly to her and when they left, Meg said to me 'Mummy, are you friends with the cleaners'.
