Ive been going to Charley for years and wouldn’t trust anyone else! I never know what I want cut or colour wise and other than a vague input, leave all decisions to her and I have always loved everything she’s done. Been coming to Charley for 6 years over that time I haven't always been an easy client, I like to change my hair a lot!! And she's always managed to be upfront and realistic with me so that my hair is kept in the best possible condition. When I walk in here I'm made to feel welcome by everyone not just her which I love!, you can see the girls all get along which is nice!, I don't have anything bad to say about Charley or the other girls in the salon there all fantastic! I have been coming here with my two children since they first opened. Even though my daughter is away at Uni, she still returns here to get her hair cut as she knows they will look after her, My son is autistic and is so used to coming here and they know how to deal with him, he sees haircuts as a treat not an ordeal, thankfully. I have been getting my hair cut/coloured here for the last 3 years now and the girls are always so welcoming! As soon as my foot touches the inside of the shop they all turn around with big smiles on their faces :) this puts me at ease straight away. Chantelle ALWAYS does my hair and she does an amazing job! She knows exactly what she is doing and also gives me tips on how to look after my hair. The bad comments on here are ridiculous!
